Vanillekipferl

My mother gave me that shiny christmas wreath. Not that I care about christmas, but now I have at least something festive in my flat.

And because the wreath felt lonely in all it’s kitschy christmas glory, we made cookies to go with it :P

Tam tam. I don’t particularly like Vanillekipferl, but those tiny ones are very pleasing. They are sooo small!

The internet finally gave me a recipe for chocolate cookies (in German).

So if you are looking for Linzerkipferl with chocolate – because everything is better with chocolate – here they are. It took me about 10 years (of active research. I’m sure they’re really all I’ve been looking for in a cookie for 25 years) to find this recipe and it’s definitely the best.
