Have you ever eaten white (or gold) raspberries?

I went to my grandmother’s garden today, to pick raspberries. And all of the bushes are of the white variety rather than red, so that’s that. People get confused about these strange looking things a lot.

But white raspberries are so pretty! They all look a bit different, and go from peach coloured to off white or golden hues … And this garden has everything. I also got some apricots, cucumbers, a few sour cherries, strawberries, and a huge purple (!) kohlrabi.

And I got to climb some trees, which is always a good thing. The summer heat is really so much more bearable away from the city …

Guess who wants to lick all the strawberries?
